1. Delivery period

We dispatch with DHL. The delivery of ordered articles usually takes 1 weekday starting from the receipt of payment.

2. Delivery time information

You may refer to the online shopping basket in order to enquire the exact time of shipment. Furthermore, you will receive an order confirmation summarizing date and time of delivery. Additionally, you will receive further helpful information with regard to your order, e.g. delivery and return delivery confirmations or request for overdue payments.

3. Delays

If an article is not available or cannot be delivered in time, we will inform you by email.

Your ordered items are packed up and handed over to our logistics partner soonest possible. Please note that we do not have influence on any delays caused by our logistics partners.
